Community Centres
Living Choice community centres are always filled with laughter and activity and are wonderful places to meet friends, learn new skills and enjoy each other’s company. Below is a snapshot of the community centres at Living Choice villages on the Central Coast and in Eastwood, Sydney:

Broadwater Court Waterfront Estate
Waterfront Estate’s community centre was officially opened in 2004 and is well-used by residents in this exclusive gated community. It includes a large lounge, bar, dining room, residents’ kitchen, billiards room, workshop, library, indoor heated pool and spa, gymnasium, craft room and bowling green.
Broadwater Court
Stage 1 community centre has an indoor heated pool and spa, small gymnasium, library, billiards room, function room, residents’ kitchen and outdoor BBQ area. Residents from Stage 4 (Frost Estate) also use the facilities at this large community centre.
Stage 2 community centre is more intimate and includes a beautifully furnished lounge, bar, large spa room, billiards and outdoor BBQ area.
Stage 3 community centre has a spa, gym equipment, residents’ kitchen, bar, dining room and lounge, computer room, large woodworking centre, billiards room, BBQ area and a 7-hole putting green.
In addition, attached to Broadwater Court’s administration building there is an auditorium and kitchen where residents play indoor bowls, attend monthly church services, sing-a-longs, meetings and many functions such as Anzac Day, Melbourne Cup day and even small stage shows.

Alloura Waters
The attractive community centre at Alloura Waters (shown above) is thoughtfully designed to make the most of the many activities on offer at this busy village. There is an auditorium and stage, lounge, dining area, bar, library, computer room, indoor heated pool and spa, gymnasium and large covered outdoor entertainment area with BBQ. This village has a separate workshop which was recently refurbished.
Deepwater Court
Deepwater Court is known for its great community spirit and its community centre is a popular meeting place. There is a lounge, bar, residents’ kitchen, auditorium, indoor heated pool and spa, craft room, library and BBQ area.

Leisure Lea
Leisure Lea was recently extensively refurbished and now boasts large reception and lounge areas, bar, library, atrium where the residents play carpet bowls, great new BBQ area, billiards room, computer club room and a 120-seat dining room where meals are served three times daily. There is also a medical room used by the visiting doctor and podiatrist and a hairdressing salon.
