Leisure CentresLiving Choice has taken leisure living for the 'un-retiring’ to another level with the opening of its five-star, multi-million dollar leisure centres at Twin Waters and Kawana Island on the Sunshine Coast and at Glenhaven in Sydney. The luxury leisure centres have set a new standard in the retirement industry and have enhanced Living Choice’s reputation as a specialist developer of upmarket resorts for discerning retirees. At Kawana Island and Twin Waters, the two and three-storey centres overlook the water and boardwalks while at Glenhaven, the three-storey centre is framed by the adjacent forest and Blue Mountains in the background. Facilities at each centre include a 17m heated indoor lap pool, spa, gymnasium and change rooms, hairdressing salon and pampering room, surround sound movie theatre, billiards room, craft room and library/computer room plus fully equipped workshop. Each centre has a residents’ kitchen and dining room, spacious lounge and bar area, dance floor, auditorium and stage, medical suite and covered terrace overlooking the water or forest. At Kawana Island and Twin Waters there is also an outdoor pool and both Glenhaven and Kawana Island have tennis courts. The leisure centres on the Sunshine Coast add to the existing bowling greens and clubhouses which opened in 2003. At Glenhaven, the bowling green is perfectly positioned adjacent to the leisure centre. |
