All Systems Go for Fullarton

With the demolition of the derelict Julia Farr building now complete, it’s all systems go for Living Choice’s retirement village to be built at 103 Fisher Street, Fullarton.

Living Choice director Ian Tregoning said a sales/display unit would be built onsite as soon as possible. “We are busy with the detailed working drawings and fine-tuning the apartment designs following feedback from clients. We expect to start construction early next year.”

The Adelaide-based company recently held four focus groups with prospective clients and Jason Sack, General Manager Sales & Marketing, said they were overwhelmed with the positive response.

“Retirees are looking for a new standard of retirement living in Adelaide and that is what we will deliver. In other parts of Australia, Living Choice has an excellent reputation for creating upmarket villages in desirable locations and we look forward to bringing this standard of retirement living to Adelaide.”

Mr Sack said there had been many enquiries about the village and that clients were already pre-booking their preferred apartments. “The two and three-bedroom north-facing apartments are especially popular.”

Living Choice has seven retirement villages in NSW and QLD and is owned by Adelaide-born entrepreneurs Ian Tregoning and Graham Hobbs. Living Choice Fullarton will be its first South Australian village.
