- a practical distance from major CBDs so you can get to the city with a minimum of fuss yet remain outside the hustle and bustle of city life - you can easily visit friends and family and they can visit you;
- proximity to medical facilities to ensure immediate access to clinical services should the need arise;
- accessibility to recreational areas and attractions, such as beaches, waterways, rainforests and national parks.
