You can stay in the beautifully appointed hospitality apartment (pictured below) at Broadwater Court Waterfront Estate, meet the residents, enjoy the fabulous facilities and tour the surrounding area.

There is a nominal charge of $75 per night (maximum 3 nights) which includes a continental breakfast, evening meals delivered to your door and dinner with residents at a local restaurant.
