Villas

You’ll find that most of our villas have two main bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and built-in wardrobe.

You enjoy your privacy, particularly in the courtyard areas, so our designs reflect this need. Beautiful landscaping in a suitable local style complements the private courtyard.

Our villas are designed to be as light and bright as possible, so large sliding glass doors, skylights, raked ceilings and open plan living areas are integral to their design.

They also make the most of cross ventilation and many have covered patios front and rear, so summer or winter it’s easy to maintain a constant, comfortable temperature in your home. Of course, air conditioning is an easy option, and in many villas and apartments, reverse-cycle air conditioning is included. Some villas are even freestanding.

All villas are provided with an area for drying your washing.

You’ll always feel safe in a Living Choice villa. All windows and external doors are fitted with security locks, so you can leave your home in complete confidence.

Each home has a tiled entry foyer, which opens out to the living area.

Spacious kitchens are a delight to use. Fittings can include combined wall oven and microwave, ceramic cooktop, and granite benchtops.
