In his 94 years, David Attenborough has visited every continent on the globe, exploring the wild places of our planet and documenting the living world in all its variety and wonder. On Wednesday 21st October, 45 Living Choice clients and Resident Ambassadors got to see a two-hour snapshot of his amazing life, viewing the screening of “David Attenborough: A Life on our Planet” at Event Cinemas in Maroochydore. To ensure a COVID-Safe experience, Living Choice booked the entire cinema.
Prior to the screening, guests were treated to muffins, tea and coffee and were then shown Living Choice’s cinema advert to promote Twin Waters – view here.
Regional Manager, Tracy Blair, said Living Choice staff members welcomed the opportunity to connect with their clients and she reminded everyone that the villages were open for tours with sales consultants, Suzie Gray and Suzi Morland. Resident Ambassadors were available on the weekends to show visitors around. Twin Water resident Lynne Mills also spoke of the care, support and friendships she had enjoyed in her many years at the village.
Everyone then settled down to watch David Attenborough reflect on his lifetime as a naturalist and the devastating changes he had seen. The documentary was a powerful account of humanity’s impact on nature but, thankfully, it ended with a message of hope for future generations. It’s certainly well worth viewing.
