Following a successful month-long SALA event at Living Choice Fullarton, another art exhibition has opened at the onsite restaurant, Damien on Fisher. The opening was held on Thursday 5th September, immediately following the Twilight Viewing of a number of apartments on show, including a beautiful 5th floor Jarrah apartment with north-facing city views.
This month's very special exhibition is being held in memory of multi-talented artist, wife, mother, librarian and belly dancer, Gabi Sahlberg. Gabi, who attended art master classes in Italy, France, Tasmania and Australia, had a unique, exciting painting style and loved bold, vibrant colours. She bravely fought pancreatic cancer for five years and all proceeds from the exhibition will be donated to Pancreatic Cancer Research.
The exhibition will run daily throughout September and everyone is welcome to view the art and perhaps buy a painting for a good cause. While you’re there, why not enjoy a coffee, meal or wine at Damien on Fisher. If you missed the Twilight Viewing, another one will be held on Thursday 3rd October.
