The recent rains have been welcomed, although they have made things a bit difficult on site at Living Choice Flagstaff Hill. However, we are going to make the most of the good weather over the next week and we will be pouring the first of our concrete roads on Thursday 11th June. The pouring of the roads is the final stage of our civil works and will really enhance Stage 1.

Construction will be handing over the first home (Villa 9) to our Foundation Member, Wendy Butler on 24th July and the display home (Villa 11) will open soon afterwards. What an exciting milestone for this unique village, the first fully integrated golf course retirement village in SA.

The bus stop on Memford Way has been relocated and the new footpath will be installed shortly. In the coming weeks construction will begin on the remaining villas facing Memford Way.

It has been an amazing effort by all our staff and contractors to achieve such great results in the past 8 months. I personally am very excited about the transformation Stage 1 will undergo over the coming weeks. I am sure all the team at Living Choice will produce another award-winning village.

Stay healthy and safe.
