Take a bow, Helen Bonet and her army of resident helpers – the inaugural Gala Christmas Fair at Living Choice Fullarton last Saturday was a huge success! Even prior to the official opening by Living Choice ambassador Keith Conlon at 10am, visitors were streaming in, snapping up bargains at the 35 stalls which were bulging with a huge array of handcrafted items.

There was plenty of entertainment too – the Marianne Singers sang some well-loved Carols and the renowned Cantible Choir enthralled with their beautiful singing. Face-painting and balloon twisting kept the children entertained and a Bowls Shootout and Billiards Shootout provided fun activities for the young-at-heart.

There was plenty to eat and drink too – the BBQ cooks were kept busy in the alfresco area and the Hudson’s Coffee Cafe was packed with people enjoying light lunches, coffees and wines from 2 Mates and Ekhidna Wines.

Part of the fair proceeds will be donated to the Save The Children Fund and the balance will be used to purchase a Grand Piano for the lobby.
