Since Living Choice announced it had purchased further land adjacent to Living Choice Glenhaven, at 1 Edgecliff Road, many people keen to be part of this sought-after village have lodged expressions of interest and are keenly waiting for construction to commence.

While it can be a frustrating wait, Living Choice Project Director, Leigh Buckton, says there has been feverish work behind the scenes leading up to the recent submission of the Development Application to the Hills Shire Council. “Fingers crossed, we will be able to get DA approval within the next three months. In anticipation of the approval, quotes are being obtained for energy, NBN, water and sewer connections.”

Living Choice’s in-house¬†architects have also been tweaking the villa plans with several improvements being made following feedback received. The revised plans will be released to clients soon.

Many people have also expressed interest in the proposed village at 330 Galston Road, Galston. “A revised site plan was finalised last week and we are in the process of lodging a new Development Application with the Hornsby Council,” says Leigh. “We have also had several positive meetings with Sydney Water to obtain water connectivity to the site.”
