The Team at Living Choice Australia

Unlike many companies of its size Living Choice prides itself on recognising and growing the skill sets of its in-house workforce. Living Choice has its own design team, construction and management team, internal marketing team, sales team and operations team who work together to create the vibrant and secure surroundings you will enjoy as a resident of a Living Choice village.

Having well-trained employees and a management team not reliant on external consultants, allows for quick decisions and immediate response in every discipline. Both Living Choice Directors, Graham Hobbs OAM and Ian Tregoning, remain key decision makers and are highly involved in the company.

Residents are highest priority

Living Choice is all about care. From our management team to our carers, administration staff and gardeners to our sales team, care for Living Choice residents is our highest priority. Many of our staff members have been with the company for more than 15 years and not only show you why Living Choice villages are special, they help make our villages special.

Our staff are dedicated to making the lives of our residents as carefree as possible, offering a service that we believe is unique in Australia. And that’s because the Living Choice culture puts residents first.

Industry accolades

The team members responsible for designing and building our villages bring with them a wealth of experience to ensure you enjoy state-of-the-art homes and entertainment areas. Their efforts have been recognised with Living Choice Fullarton awarded Best Development in South Australia at the Property Council’s 2016 Innovation and Excellence Awards, the UDIA’s 2015 Award for Excellence in the Senior Living Division and the Master Builders’ Association’s 2016 award for Best Retirement Living/Aged Care in South Australia.

Living Choice Glenhaven was also recognised as the Best Multi-Unit/Housing Residential Development at the 2013 Hills Building and Design Awards and was a proud finalist in the Property Council’s Innovation & Excellence Awards 2014. Both Living Choice Glenhaven and Leisure Lea Gardens have won major Garden Awards several times from the Hills Shire Council and Ryde City Council. Living Choice Woodcroft’s leisure centre also won Best Refurbishment at the National 2018 Retirement Living Awards.
