Leisure Centre:
The Leisure Centre at Woodcroft has been progressing consistently throughout October. All facades of the Leisure Centre have been developing with windows, window frames and wall linings in place, ready for the addition of the external cladding system.

The Alucobond external cladding system is due to start at the start of November. This will give the final finish and colour for the walls, soffit and roof of the building.

The commercial windows that extend around the north, east and western facades are gradually being installed. The pool has now been installed and has been fully enclosed. There has also been progress on the library and auditorium.

All common areas on both the ground and first floor are on track to have all wall linings complete very soon.

The apartments housed within the Leisure Centre have also progressed, with electrical and wall linings completed. The apartments now have clear definition of space.

The Linked Apartments:
The Linked Apartments now have a suspended slab which was poured earlier this month. This has separated the ground and first floors clearly.

A significant amount of structural steel has been erected and has provided an indication of the overall height of the apartments.

The construction team is in full swing in anticipation of the Christmas break and everyone is eager to see significant progress between now and December.
