Living Choice has enjoyed considerable success over the years, winning many industry awards for its home and leisure facility designs, gardening awards and village manager awards. The positive results reflect the calibre of Living Choice’s dedicated staff members, many of whom have worked for the company for a long time. In fact, 35 of its employees have been with Living Choice for more than 10 years, including two Central Coast staff members, Sally Mutton and Amanda Lanham, who joined the company more than 20 years ago!
Living Choice’s directors, Graham Hobbs and Ian Tregoning, recently decided to reward those with 10+ years of service with a Certificate of Appreciation, special name badge and a generous gift. The presentations will be made at a series of “happy hours” at all villages, to which residents will be invited.
The first event was held at Living Choice Alloura Waters on 24th October where there was a huge turnout of 130 residents to witness the presentation of the awards to village manager, Andy Dudney (16 years), receptionist Sally Mutton (20 years) and sales consultants, Dave Grassby (15 years) and Jenny Trovato (14 years). The presentations were made by Tim Bentley, GM Central Coast & QLD, who thanked them for their many years of service. In addition, he presented a gift voucher to Andy for all village staff to enjoy, to thank them for supporting the sales teams at open days and for their contribution in general.
