The homes
Living Choice Murray Bridge will comprise two and three-bedroom homes designed by Living Choice’s in-house team of architects. There will also be a Country Club offering a range of premium facilities. Applications for all the relevant approvals will be lodged with the Murray Bridge Council soon.
The homes have been designed to ensure you live a stress-free, low maintenance lifestyle and will be similar to the homes being offered at Living Choice Mount Barker. See the home designs at Living Choice Mount Barker here.

Country Club
Taking Over 50s living to a whole new level is the Country Club and Recreation Centre where you can socialise with fellow residents, friends and family members.
Leisure facilities planned include an indoor heated pool, gymnasium, surround sound cinema, auditorium with dance floor and stage, library, kitchen and bar area, art and craft studio plus a function room.
There are plenty of outdoor facilities planned too, including yoga and Tai Chi lawns, a bocce court, pickleball courts and BBQ area. There will also be secure caravan and motorhome storage.

Financial freedom
There’s plenty to love about the financial model at Living Choice Murray Bridge - affordable homes and no stamp duty, deferred management or exit fees. You own your home, live independently and you enter into a secure Site Agreement to occupy the land on which your home sits.
Each fortnight you pay a site fee which includes site rental, council, water and sewerage rates, rubbish collection, emergency service levies, maintenance and running costs of all common facilities, including the Country Club, gardening services to shared garden areas and staff costs.
You are protected by the Residential Parks Act 2007 and a Site Agreement of up to 50 years. You may also be eligible for Federal Government Rental Assistance to subsidise the site fee and ongoing government concessions via Residential Parks Energy Concessions and Cost of Living concessions.

Sport and Recreation
If you love golf and green space, Living Choice Murray Bridge ticks all the boxes. The adjacent Murray Bridge Golf Club is widely recognised as one of the best country courses in the state. The perfectly manicured course meanders through a gently undulating landscape, lined with trees and water, sand hazards and the occasional kangaroo. Two new golf holes, designed by leading golf course architect, Neil Crafter, were recently added as part of a $2-million golf course upgrade.
There are plenty of other sporting clubs nearby, including bowling, tennis, cricket, rowing, football, basketball and a swimming centre.
Riverfront reserves are well-equipped to provide for river-based activities. Facilities include boat ramps, play spaces, barbeques, shelters, house boat moorings and lots of open space to throw a frisbee or kick a footy. Places where people can access the river include: Avoca Dell, Bells Landing, Long Island Reserve, Sturt Reserve, Swanport Reserve, Thiele Reserve and Woodlane.
Sturt Reserve is the jewel in the crown. It is the central focal point of Murray Bridge and many events and activities are held there, including the Australian International Pedal Prix, SPLASH Family Festival and the annual Christmas Pageant. There are also restaurants and cafes, boat house moorings, a trail network and outdoor fitness equipment.
