We’re excited to share a construction update for Living Choice Parkwood.

Project Update:

Building 2 – Lexington

• Podium – Complete clean and commissioning of services
• L1 – L3 – Complete final clean and commissioning of services
• L4 – L5 – Final fitments and paint
• Façade – Complete from level 1 above
• Balustrade – Complete from level 1 above
• External tiling to balconies – complete from level 1 above
• Render/Paint – Complete from level 1 above
• Undertaking podium works, planters, concrete works and landscaping

Building 4 – Lakeshore

• Podium – Framing 90% complete, services rough in (first fix) 80%
• L1 – Framing 90%, Windows 80%
• L2 – Framing 20% Windows 30%
• L4 – Slab to be poured next week

Other Areas

• Welcome Centre – Completed external works and commissioning
• Roundabout – Concrete works complete, undertaking kerbs, lights and landscaping
• Zone 6 – podium formwork complete, reinforcing and in slab services underway
• Buggy path- concrete works 50% complete
