A busy day of events at Fullarton
Thursday 9th February was a very busy day at Living Choice Fullarton with not one, but two events, sponsored by Living Choice to promote the village.
The first event – at 4pm - was a Twilight Viewing of an apartment for around 30 VIP clients. Several Resident Ambassadors also attended. Guests were given the opportunity to inspect Apt 225, a 2-bedroom Kingfisher design apartment located in the Concordia building. They were also able to view Apt 101, a 2-bedroom Jarrah which is currently being refurbished.
Regional Manager, Katherine Stacey, said the clients were very impressed with both the apartments and the village facilities. “They loved talking to the Resident Ambassadors and greatly enjoyed the excellent food prepared by Nino and his team from Castello’s Cucina.”
At 5pm, the clients joined more than 75 residents for the official opening of the Art Expression @123 Fisher exhibition featuring the work of acclaimed artist, Lyn Robins. Nibbles and drinks were sponsored by Living Choice.
Exhibition organiser, Joan Ogden, said the exhibition was very successful with six paintings and several pieces of jewellery sold on the night. “There was a great atmosphere, with residents and visitors mingling and enjoying both the art on show and the refreshments,” she said.
The exhibition, titled “Potpourri” is open until 26th March and it is planned that two informal “Meet the artist” sessions will be held over the next few weeks. Dates will be announced soon.
At the opening, resident Micheleine Hannaford received an award for her contribution to the village. Read more here.
