A crowd favourite at Fullarton
Ninety art lovers gathered in the exhibition area at Living Choice Fullarton on 4th November for the opening of the November Art Expression @123 Fisher exhibition, featuring Australian and European inspired jewellery and photography.
Residents look forward to these art shows and this month they were treated to a stunning arrangement by Adelaide artists Suzette Watkins and Mike Fewster.
From their home base in Adelaide they travel throughout Australia, interpreting its unique landscape from sweeping vistas to intricate details in unique pairings of jewellery and photography.
Each piece of Suzette’s jewellery comes with a photograph by Mike of the place that inspired the piece. Mike’s photographs are also available as fine art prints for framing.
Opening speaker, Ewart Shaw, Arts Writer and Broadcaster, told the audience about working with the artists and their motivations.
Guests were very happy and excited on the night, contributing to outstanding sales with many choosing to dine at Damien on Fisher afterwards.
Suzette visits Fullarton daily to offer advice on how to wear her pieces, and their connection to the associated photograph.
The exhibition is open daily from 5th November to 14th December.
