A dazzling Central Coast Gala Reward Event!
Keen walkers, Ann and Peter Brandon are on “cloud nine” after winning the major prize at the hugely successful Central Coast Gala Reward Event, held at Living Choice Alloura Waters on 28th April.
The Broadwater Court residents won a $5,000 UChoose Gift Card after their names were drawn in the annual competition to reward those who successfully referred a friend or family member to a Central Coast village in the 2019-2020 financial year. They referred their great friend Wendy Malonyay, also an enthusiastic walker, to Broadwater Court after moving in themselves in 2018.
Ann and Peter have known Wendy for a long time, having both previously lived in Avoca Beach and their children have also grown up together. They have undertaken many walks together, including completing a 1,200km hike in Europe.
Ann said she was thrilled with their big win, which would come in handy during their next big walking trip in WA towards the end of May. Wendy will be joining them for the 200km plus walk.
Held eight months late, due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the event was attended by referrers, those they referred, Resident Ambassadors and staff members, including Group General Manager, Jason Sack. Jason thanked everyone for their support and said referral settlements had grown to a record 63 percent in the 2019-2020 year.
He also thanked the Resident Ambassadors at Alloura Waters who took the event to another level with the dazzling décor, delicious lunch and their warm welcome. The 2020-2021 Gala Reward Event will be held at Broadwater Court Waterfront Estate later this year.
