All ages celebrate Flagstaff Hill’s new milestone

A Celebration Event was held at Flagstaff Hill Golf Club on 8th November to mark the approval of Stage 2, Living Choice Flagstaff Hill and amongst those celebrating were Sandy Mitchell and her two grandsons, Sam and Jackson.

Sandy, who has a deposit on a Troon villa, said her grandchildren were greatly looking forward to the day she would move into her new home at the golf course retirement village so that they could enjoy all the great facilities planned at the club. They will also no doubt enjoy a few holes with their “Gran”, who has lived in the Flagstaff Hill area for 44 years and has been a member at the club for 35 years. For Sandy, it will be like “coming home” as, at one time, she and her late husband, Leith, lived adjacent to the 1st tee.

More than 80 people attended the Celebration Event and were interested to see the latest villa and apartment plans and hear about construction progress from Living Choice’s Construction Manager, Rob Grech. They were also introduced to Craig Eyles, Head of Design and two of his team members, Pedram Abbasi and Azadeh Shahvarpour, construction staff members, Jen Grech and Joel Benton, sales manager Katherine Stacey, Living Choice Woodcroft village manager, Gail Pounsett and several practitioners from the Wellness Centre team.

Stage 1, comprising 42 villas, was approved at the end of 2018, and construction is now underway. Stage 2 includes a spectacular new clubhouse and 123 apartments. The first two apartment buildings to be constructed will be The Clubhouse Apartments and The Range Apartments and they offer a wide range of apartment designs and prices to suit everyone.
