Alloura Waters bowlers excel at Davistown RSL Presentation Day

Many residents at Living Choice Alloura Waters play bowls at the adjacent Davistown RSL Bowling Club and this year’s 2018 Presentation Day featured many Alloura Waters bowlers. This is one of the club’s big days for its members and is always very well attended.

This year, Dick Love was recognised for his work as a coach and organiser of the high profile annual classic Triples tournament, receiving a special Certificate of Appreciation from Vice President Don Paviour-Smith.

Living Choice is a sponsor of the club and Jenny Trovato, Living Choice’s sales consultant, attended the prizegiving. Congratulations to the following Alloura Waters residents who were amongst the prizewinners:

Mixed Pairs Champions - Don and Jean Paviour-Smith;

Mixed Fours Runners up - Ronne Scroggie, Don and Jean Paviour-Smith;

Major Fours Champions – skipped by Don Paviour-Smith;

Club Member of the Year – Don Paviour-Smith;

Members of the Davistown RSL Women’s Bowling Club who did well this year were:

Ronne Scroggie – Veteran’s Singles Champion;

Rebeca Blackwood – Pairs, Triples and Fours Championships.
