Ambassadors roll out the welcome mat
How lucky is the sales team at Leisure Lea Gardens to have such a devoted team of Resident Ambassadors! Whenever sales consultant Juliet Morrell advises them that an Open Day is coming up they swing into action and take care of most things – welcoming the guests at the front door, serving them refreshments, sitting and chatting to them over a cuppa about life at the village and even showing them the display homes available.
The Resident Ambassadors certainly turned out in force at the Open Day held on 6th February and they obviously had a positive impact on the visitors with two people depositing.
Prior to touring the homes and facilities, they were welcomed by village manager, Linda Savige, who told them about the home care services available at the village, either on a Government-subsidised or user-pays basis. She also introduced financial adviser, Robert Warry of Goal Financial Services and many people took the opportunity to talk to him about maximising their savings in retirement.
