Another milestone celebrated at Flagstaff Hill
There was plenty to celebrate at the Living Choice Flagstaff Hill Celebration Event held at Flagstaff Hill on Saturday 14th March. The first four villa slabs have been poured, Living Choice director Graham Hobbs was congratulated on his OAM award and Sales Manager Katherine Stacey was wished a happy birthday for her 60th birthday which she is celebrating today (16th March).
Living Choice ambassador Keith Conlon OAM had a busy time as both MC and playing the drums, joining the Rob’s Rascals Jazz Band to provide two hours of festive toe-tapping music. The Aberfoyle Lions Club fired up the BBQ for the Living Choice sponsored lunch and everyone enjoyed the liquid refreshments too.
Living Choice’s Construction Manager, Rob Grech gave an update on construction progress, which has been rapid over the past two months with all major milestones on track for the opening of the first villas in July (weather permitting). Sales Manager, Katherine Stacey, introduced first deposit holder Wendy Butler and thanked her and fellow deposit holders for their support. She said the new recently introduced Surety Lease was proving popular and she reminded everyone about the generous Referral Program.
Many people took the opportunity to view the impressive architectural model in the upstairs lounge at the clubhouse. The model, which measures 2,380mm by 2,100mm, showcases the overall development, villas, apartments and clubhouse.
