
Big tick of approval for Deepwater Court team
Take a bow, Rebecca Roese, Village Manager at Living Choice Deepwater Court, and her team comprising Roy Stevenson (Maintenance) and Pablo Wijaya (Gardening). In the annual Resident Satisfaction Survey, 97 percent of the residents said they were satisfied with the operations of the village, matching the 97 percent achieved last year.
Christine Osgood, National Operations Manager, said as part of the survey, residents were asked to rate the quality of service, in delivering Administration, Property Maintenance and Ground Care.
“The results showed that most residents are very satisfied, which is a very pleasing. Congratulations to the team at Deepwater Court for maintaining these sensational results. We would like to thank all residents who took the time to complete the survey. Their comments and suggestions are important to us and will assist us to continue to provide quality services that are of the highest standard and customised to their needs,” she added.
Some of the survey responses included some heart-warming comments from residents:
“Great teamwork, so helpful. Like a mother hen - excellent leader. Rebecca's personality radiates the village. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful management team at Deepwater Court.
“Roy is a credit to Deepwater Court. Nothing is a problem - whenever you need something done, he's there and does it in a pleasant and courteous manner. We are blessed.
“Pablo is such a happy, pleasant person to have at Deepwater Court. He maintains the gardens beautifully and is always there to help if you need it. He goes out of his way to please.
“The staff are excellent - Bec, Roy and Pablo are always willing to help with a smile. They are very efficient and nothing is too much trouble.”
In thanking her team and the residents, Rebecca said she loved the community spirit at the village. “With only 42 homes, it’s such an intimate environment. I know everyone by name, face and even know many of their family members. There’s great camaraderie and everyone looks out for each other.”
