Chip & Sip brings Flagstaff Hill men together
By Tamara Laurence:
Flagstaff Hill Golf Club launched its Chip and Sip for Men golf club clinic on Thursday 22nd April with Living Choice Regional Manager Brian Lynch attending along with a number of Living Choice Flagstaff Hill residents.
Chip and Sip for Men is a free four-week golf skills program that is being coached by PGA professional Sarah Douglass-Norris and supported by Living Choice Australia.
These sessions are aimed at helping newer golfers learn more about the game in a comfortable and supportive environment. Each week of the clinic covers a different aspect of the game starting with Chipping in week 1 and followed by Putting, Long Game and On Course in weeks 2, 3 and 4.
In addition to learning about golf, each session is followed by networking, which includes a complimentary drink in the Club Lounge where players can meet other like-minded men.
To ensure the clinics are accessible to even the newest of golfers, all equipment is supplied.
This week’s clinic on 29th April was also attended by Jason Sack, Group General Manager of Living Choice Australia and David Brookman, the newest member of the Flagstaff Hill and Woodcroft sales team.
