“Chip & Sip” clinics take off at Flagstaff Hill

The first in a series of golf clinics was held at Flagstaff Hill Golf Club on Thursday 14th October and attracted 14 participants, keen to improve their handicaps.

Sponsored by Living Choice, the “Chip & Sip” clinics are hosted by PGA Professional Golf coach, Sarah Douglass Norris, who started her golf at Flagstaff Hill as a junior then went on to represent Australia as an amateur. She turned professional in 2000, playing in the USA and Japan before making it on the Ladies’ European Tour.

After five years competing with the world’s best golfers, she eventually came back to South Australia with her young family. Now she is helping golfers of all ages and abilities to improve and develop their golf.

Amongst those who attended the first clinic were Living Choice sales consultant, David Brookman, Living Choice Woodcroft residents Barry Nolan and Maurice Bennett, and Julie Dolphin who is looking forward to moving into Living Choice Flagstaff Hill.

Sarah said the group practised chipping and putting at their first clinic and afterwards everyone enjoyed a complimentary drink. Further clinics will be held on Thursdays and Fridays until 5th November. To book, phone Sarah on 0413 308 025.
