Compliments flow for Flagstaff Hill Women’s Open Day

The golf course was in pristine condition, the weather was magnificent and the day was filled with laughter and good fun. By all accounts, the annual Flagstaff Hill Women’s Open Day, sponsored by Living Choice Flagstaff Hill, was a huge success.

Ladies’ committee member and Living Choice resident, Wendy Butler, said the course was the best she had seen it in her 32 years at the club. “We’ve had so many compliments about the course, the food and the great prizes so generously sponsored by Living Choice. It was a fantastic result for our club and all the hard work by the Women’s Committee paid off,” she said.

Sales Manager Katherine Stacey and Sales & Marketing Assistant, Teresa Allan, were there bright and early to set up the Living Choice marquee and famous “champers and chocolate station”.

“The ladies were keen to start the day with a glass of champagne and a chocolate for energy. They commented that no other course does this for them. We also had some jealous male golfers trying to get free chocolates and drinks,” said Kathy.

In total, 103 players from nine Adelaide clubs took part in the 4 Ball Best Ball Stableford competition. Congratulations to all the prize-winners and to Nina Wright of Kooyonga Golf Club who won the Living Choice raffle:
