Construction forges ahead at Flagstaff Hill
Living Choice Flagstaff Hill Construction Update

So much has changed since my last update, not just at Flagstaff Hill but globally. I hope this update finds you all safe and well. With so much uncertainty at the moment I would like to share a good news story with you all.
Our Living Choice Flagstaff Hill development is forging ahead with construction. Our contractors, suppliers and construction team are going above and beyond to ensure that all health and safety precautions are been adhered to during these unprecedented times. I am constantly being updated by the Housing Industry Association and our suppliers regarding protocols and procedures. Enough of that and on to the exciting stuff!
We have poured four slabs and the carpentry on Villas 9 and 11, Memford Way is also complete. Our civil contractors are forging ahead with the roads, retaining walls and services infrastructure. SAPN is booked in to remove the overhead power lines and poles on May 6th and 7th . Once the power poles are removed this will allow us to finalise roads and building levels. This will speed up progress even more with the programming of building more villas already underway.
