Construction makes great progress at Flagstaff Hill

It’s all “go, go, go” at Living Choice Flagstaff Hill and the retirement village community is growing.

Over the last month new residents Rick and Betty O’Donnell have unpacked and are settled in their new home – Villa 1/19 – as well as the golf course lifestyle. Rick is a regular golfer and is enjoying the easy access to the course. This week, we welcomed Colin and Dianne Jowsey who are moving into Villa 5/19.

At the entrance to the village a new Living Choice entry sign, illuminated site map and landscaping are under construction, welcoming everyone to the village.

On Wednesday this week, the sales team moved into the new display home, Villa 17M, which is a Muirfield design. This home will be open for viewing in early December.

Villas 15M and 13M, both Muirfields, are well under construction and the footings have been poured. These villas will complete the construction along Memford Way.

Villas 2/19 and 3/19, both St Andrews designs, are moving along at a steady pace, complementing a finished streetscape within the village. These villas are scheduled for completion in early 2021.

Our Troon and Birkdale villas are in progress with blockwork and windows completed on Villas 16/19 and 17/19. Blockwork is also underway on the Troon design Villas 15/19 and 14/19. Villa 30/19, a freestanding St Andrews, is also taking shape. The framework has been completed and the brickwork is in progress.

The Construction team is looking forward to another busy 2021, continuing the works schedule and building the Living Choice Flagstaff Hill community for residents.
