Construction Update – Living Choice

The Living Choice drone took to the skies on 18th April to record the construction progress on Stage 3 at Living Choice Flagstaff Hill. Stage 3 comprises two further apartment buildings, including the new golf clubhouse, and Flagstaff Hill Golf Club members are following the construction closely.
“As you can see from the photos, we are at our final stages of bulk excavation,” said Project Manager, Tony Hatzis.
“We have now turned our attention to the footings and other more detailed extraction and fill required onsite. In the background, the team is also working towards securing the right tradespeople to ensure the build is built to the highest standards.
“We are also at our final stages of completing the works to the 16th hole at Flagstaff Hill Golf Club and members are excited to use the fairway in the near future,” he added.
Meanwhile, there has been strong interest in the remaining villas and apartments in the recently completed `The Range’ building. Regional Manager, Katherine Stacey, said in the last six weeks, three further deposits had been taken, two for villas and one for an apartment.
“This leaves only five villas available and nine apartments so if anyone is interested in moving into a great community located next to a golf course, now is the time to act,” she added.
