Construction Update – Things are getting exciting at Parkwood!

We are thrilled to share the latest construction developments at Parkwood.

Work has commenced on the concrete boardwalk which links the village to the golf club as well as the final plants being added to the water coursing.

Undercroft, all main tower building core footings have been completed and the core walls to the underside of the carpark are almost complete.   Our site sheds have recently been re-established on the future podium section of Building 1, and these will eventually be relocated to the carpark under the future tower 1 building and will serve all stages of construction.

Within building 2, the level 3 slab is almost complete with a pour date anticipated for mid November 2024. The ground level fit out has just commenced and in-ceiling services and wall framing is now underway.
