Demand for villas keeps Construction team busy at Flagstaff Hill

Construction of the villas at Living Choice Flagstaff Hill is making good progress, with the Sales team and Construction team working closely together to ensure a steady pace.

Following the arrival of our first resident, Wendy Butler, we have also welcomed new residents Will and Laura Tertsch who have settled into Villa 4. The Flagstaff Hill village community is growing and the next residents, Rick and Elizabeth O’Donnell, are extremely excited about their new home, Villa 1, visiting the site each week to check on progress.

In great news for the Sales team, the display home and sales office (Villa 11), a St Andrews design, has also been sold. Construction is well underway on Villa 17, a Muirfield single design, which will be the next display home and sales office.

As well as the Muirfield design being on display, once completed, the St Andrews duplex Villas 2 and 3 will be available, showcasing both colour schemes on offer to incoming residents unless sold prior to completion.

Concrete footings on this St Andrews duplex have just been completed and the carpenters are now onsite to erect the wall and roof frames.

Construction on the Troon/Birkdale designs is also well underway and the completion of the Troon blockwork will make way for scheduling the preliminary construction of the Birkdale footings above.

The Troon design has been a popular choice with new residents and we are progressing with footings on the next two villas – Nos. 14 and 15.
