Display apartment opens at Living Choice Flagstaff Hill
Another major milestone was celebrated at Living Choice Flagstaff Hill on Thursday 19th May when the first display apartment in the 3-storey “The Range” building was unveiled to a large crowd of 120 people.
The villas, comprising Stage 1, have proved enormously popular but this time, it was the turn of the golf-course facing apartments to shine – and shine they did, with several deposits taken on the day and more expected in the coming week.
The display – a Merion-T design – was opened for viewing prior to the completion of the building so that prospective buyers can secure their apartment ahead of the price rise on 1st June. In addition to the spacious living areas, the stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner apartment boasts 93sqm of terrace space to maximise the beautiful views.
In his welcoming address, director Ian Tregoning thanked the design and construction teams for pulling out all the stops to get the display ready in time for the Open Day. “Our Group General Manager, Jason Sack, is a hard marker and he says this apartment is the best we’ve ever done.”
Fellow director, Graham Hobbs and Living Choice Ambassador, Keith Conlon OAM, also attended and were joined by the sales, village and Home Care teams, plus a small army of Resident Ambassadors.
“The Ambassadors were amazing and so welcoming – we could not have managed without them,” said Sales Manager, Katherine Stacey. “The Aberfoyle Park Lions Club BBQ team also did a great job and everyone raved about the lunch,” she added.
