Echunga welcomes Southern Group Vets

Fifty-five Southern Group Veteran Golfers headed to Echunga Golf Club on Monday 6^th March to play in the monthly competition and compete for prizes donated by Living Choice.

Secretary Dennis Ray said the course was in very good condition and that the Manager, Ben Slack, was very accommodating and helpful.

“Thank you to our sponsors, Living Choice for the towels, golf balls and free raffle, which was won by Peter Schmerl. Our EFTPOS machines are working well so cash or card for future games,” he said.

Members were reminded that the State Championships will be held at South Lakes on Thursday 18^th May. The Championships, which are being hosted by Lower Murray & Adelaide Hills Vets, are also being sponsored by Living Choice.
