Exciting milestone as first concrete slabs are poured
Living Choice Flagstaff Hill Construction Update
By Rob Grech, Construction Manager
Since civil works started on Stage 1 of Living Choice Flagstaff Hill at Flagstaff Hill Golf Club, it has been full steam ahead for both Construction and Sales.
Monday 24th February was a day to remember with the concrete pouring of the first villas, Nos 11 and 9. Living Choice Flagstaff Hill first deposit holder, Wendy Butler was especially excited to see her house slab go down and celebrated with a glass of champers with sales manager, Katherine Stacey. I am sure it will create even more interest from potential deposit holders.
The sewer and stormwater easements are complete and the retaining wall along the main entrance road is also complete.
The project is really starting to take shape with all the roads and villa pads cut in and the services are now being installed.
We still have a lot of civil and infrastructure work to do but with deposits for villas strong we have fast-tracked the commencement of our first villas – the St Andrews design Villas 11 and 9 on Memford Way and the Muirfield design villas 4/19 and 5/19.
Construction has a long way to go, however we are looking forward to the challenge of building another state-of-the-art village in South Australia that will win awards like our Fullarton and Woodcroft villages.
Back to work for now, so I can update on more progress next month.
Note: To celebrate the first concrete pour, we are having a Celebration Party – see details here.
