
Exciting new roles for Living Choice’s Leanne, Rebecca and Andy
Andy Dudney, Rebecca Roese and Leanne Maini.
The first week of October was an exciting week for three Living Choice staff members, Leanne Maini, Rebecca Roese and Andy Dudney. Leanne, former Village Manager of Deepwater Court, has been appointed as Village Manager of Alloura Waters and her shoes will be filled by Rebecca Roese of Broadwater Court. Meanwhile, Andy, former Village Manager at Alloura Waters, will move into his new role as Living Choice’s National Purchasing Officer.
Leanne is a long-serving Living Choice staff member, having started as Property Maintenance Co-ordinator for Living Choice Broadwater Court in 2008, a position she held until October 2010 when she became assistant to the Operations Manager, Christine Osgood. She was also Village Manager at Living Choice Deepwater Court from 2018 until October this year.
Leanne has worked extensively with the Village Managers assisting with the Accreditation process and has often relieved Village Managers when they were on annual leave.
Prior to her commencement with LCA, Leanne worked in Property Management with the State Superannuation Board, St George Bank, Century 21 and owner/operator of a local General Store.
Rebecca Roese, new Village Manager at Deepwater Court, joined Living Choice as Administration Assistant for Home Care and Construction in January 2018. She subsequently held the roles of Maintenance Coordinator for Living Choice Broadwater Court and was recently promoted to Broadwater Court’s Village Manager Assistant, a role she will continue to perform three days each week.
Prior to joining Living Choice, Rebecca was employed for 10 years as a Pre-School Teacher and then for 15 years at Target Erina as the Payroll and Accounts Manager.
As Living Choice’s National Purchasing Officer, Andy Dudney will manage negotiations and purchases for the group across a number of departments. He will be based on the Central Coast will also assist the Central Coast sales team while transitioning into his new role. He will work closely with the Group General Manager, Regional Managers and Construction teams to ensure the best quality workmanship and pricing for the group.
Andy has plenty of experience, having worked for Living Choice since 2003 in a variety of roles, including construction, maintenance, gardening and as Village Manager at both Deepwater Court and Alloura Waters.
Also commencing in October, Living Choice’s Central Coast Village Managers will be integrated into the sales department, further strengthening the unification between the Operations and Sales departments and improving the journey new residents take when entering into a Living Choice village.
