Fashions for a good cause at Kawana Island
Living Choice Kawana Island had the pleasure of hosting a Portofino Fashion Parade in aid of charity in the auditorium on Wednesday 8th March. Organised by resident Sue Taylor, it was a fun way to spend the afternoon shopping in comfort.
The fashion show was attended by over 50 ladies, who enjoyed watching the lovely residents model the local wares in a relaxed setting. Each item showcased in the parade was described with great detail which gave the ladies plenty of information down to fabric, sizing and pricing.
The exclusive Australian-made styles and range of accessories provided the ladies with plenty of shopping options. A lovely afternoon tea of scones, jam and cream was provided after the show.
The event raised a massive $1,195 with the money going to charity. Amazing effort Sue, helpers and ladies who supported the day.
