Construction Update – Parkwood Development News

We’re excited to share a February construction update for Living Choice Parkwood.

Building 2 - Lexington

The Level 4 to 5 walls are nearing completion, with work on the level 5 slab commencing shortly. External glazing has been installed up to level 3 and party walls are about to begin. Level 2 services are underway as party walls are complete. All internal framing is now complete on Level 1, and services are almost complete, lining the walls is about to commence. Waterproofing is almost complete, door hanging & tiling has commenced, with floor finishes about to commence.

Building 4 - Lakeshore

The Level 2 to 3 walls are almost complete. Services have begun in the Leisure Centre and are well underway.

Other areas

The podium to the future building 3 is being prepared for a pour within the next fortnight. The boardwalk structure has been ordered, and the carpenter has been engaged to begin next month.

Our stunning new penthouse Peacock display home will be open for tours from April 2025.
