First `Troon’ nears completion at Flagstaff Hill
The first 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom “Troon” home at Living Choice Flagstaff Hill is expected to be completed within the next month and it could not come soon enough for Sales Manager, Katherine Stacey.
According to Katherine, the Troon is a very popular design. “The dining and living area open out onto a large patio, shaded by beautiful trees, providing a great place to entertain or enjoy a morning cuppa. The kitchen is exceptional too with beautiful stone benchtops and Miele appliances. An added bonus is the Butler’s pantry so there’s plenty of storage space.”
Katherine said there were plenty of other premium features too, including a screened study area, rainwater tank and an extra large garage which could fit both a vehicle and a golf car.
“Currently we have 8 homes occupied with 14 residents living very happily in their new homes. We have 10 more under deposit with our next settlement date being 6th October. They are moving into the first Troon to be completed.
“The Birkdale design homes now have roofs on them and there are three more Muirfield homes under construction at the back of the village. Two are already deposited,” she added.
Events are held regularly to provide an opportunity for the deposit holders to get to know each other before they move in. The next event – a mystery bus tour – will be held on 21st September.
