Flagstaff Hill’s first display home is open!
The weather may have been freezing but the welcome was very warm at the opening of Living Choice Flagstaff Hill’s first display home on Saturday 22nd August.
The Living Choice team, comprising Living Choice ambassador Keith Conlon OAM, first resident Wendy Butler, Group General Manager Jason Sack, Regional Manager Brian Lynch, Sales Manager Katherine Stacey and Sales & Marketing Assistant, Teresa Allen, rolled out the welcome mat to show off the newly finished display home, a 3-bedroom St Andrews design villa. The display home, which is next door to first resident, Wendy Butler’s home, has already been deposited.
Mr Sack said while the adverse weather had no doubt deterred some clients, the more than 30 groups they toured seemed very impressed with the spaciousness and quality of the homes and he expected several deposits would be taken in the coming week. “Our sales team was kept very busy and both Wendy and Keith did a great job and worked really hard too.”
The Aberfoyle Lions Club members prepared a gourmet BBQ and kept everyone well-fed with some welcome, hot food. Lions Club treasurer, Brian Nankivell, described the display home as “really impressive”. “It’s terrific to actually see the spaciousness rather than trying to figure it out off plan.”
