Fullarton residents get into the Christmas spirit

The annual Christmas Lights Up event at Living Choice Fullarton is always a very popular event, with many residents and dignitaries usually attending. Just two weeks ago, the village was in a strict lockdown as per State regulations and it was feared that the event would have to be cancelled. However, the lockdown was lifted and the restrictions eased, meaning that 100 people could attend. Not surprisingly, it was fully booked in record time!

Regional Manager, Brian Lynch, said the event was beautifully organised by Helen Bonet, Chris Murray, Heather Woolford and Sue Pearce and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. “Damien from Damien on Fisher Restaurant kindly provided the nibbles and drinks were available at happy hour prices. The Resident Choir sang several Christmas songs and raffles were drawn. Many residents also stayed on for dinner at the restaurant.”
