Future residents enjoy
`Chip & Sip’ event at Parkwood

You don’t have to be a golfer to live at Living Choice Parkwood, which is currently under construction overlooking the fairways at Parkwood Golf Course. In fact, many of the deposit holders do not play golf and have chosen the village for its proximity to green space and all the facilities on their doorstep, including at The Club at Parkwood Village.

Following the second Deposit Holders’ Chip & Sip ladies-only event on 15th September, some of the “non-golfers” are discovering how much fun they can have on the golf course - perhaps some of them are even contemplating taking up the game!

The ladies were welcomed to the event by PGA Professional, Grant Garrison who hosted a golf clinic on the putting green before they all teed off the first hole playing a Team Matchplay Event with Regional Manager, Tracy Blair and sales consultant, Angie Hackett.

Meanwhile, fellow sales consultant, Michael Levick hosted the men in the Top Golf Swing Suites, playing a range of indoor games on the big screen such as Baseball Pitching, Carnival Games, Soccer, Top Golf Challenge and Golf Driving Range.

Michael said the feedback received was very positive. Future events planned include Melbourne Cup, a Christmas event and a Podium Party. There are plenty of fun times ahead!
