Galston clients enjoy lunch and update
Fifty VIP Living Choice Galston clients attended a lunch and update on Living Choice’s first Hornsby Shire village on 17th May and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
They were joined by Living Choice’s General Manager, Jason Sack, Regional Manager Gail Eyres, sales consultants Carlie Fisher and Jane Fisher, five Living Choice Glenhaven Resident Ambassadors, including Glenhaven’s first resident, Enid Hewson, and representatives from Hello World, Mode Property and Hills Removals.
The lunch was held at the picturesque Madison’s Function Centre, where posters of the proposed leisure centre, preliminary site plan, villa and apartment plans were displayed on easels for easy viewing.
Jason Sack gave an overview of the Development Approvals process and dispelled rumours about any possible sewerage connection problems. “Living Choice has this under control,” he assured clients. He said Living Choice was reapplying for Development Site Approval to include the enhanced luxury leisure centre, villas and apartments and if the approvals process went to plan, construction on the village would start in early 2019.
Jane Fisher, who has worked for Living Choice at various sites since 2003, gave an insight into village life and the benefits of living in a caring, supportive community.
Gail Eyres and Carlie Fisher then presented the Foundation Members’ gift pack to clients. On settlement, Foundation Members will receive a $4,000 Mode Property marketing voucher, $4,000 towards removalist costs with Hills Professionals Removals & Storage and a $2,000 travel voucher from Hello World. In addition, Foundation Members will receive a 20% rebate off their selling fees to offset against their monthly levy.
