Glenhaven tipsters shine in footy tipping competition
Every year, Living Choice directors Graham Hobbs and Ian Tregoning sponsor a total of $2,000 for the Living Choice NRL and AFL Footy Tipping Competitions, which are open to both residents and staff. Run by long-time Central Coast sales consultant, Dave Grassby, the competitions attract many tipsters and are a lot of fun, resulting in much friendly banter during the footy seasons.
Traditionally, those from the NSW and QLD villages do well in NRL and this year was no different, with two people from Living Choice Glenhaven being placed in the top three. Resident Ron Balfour came second, winning $300 cash and assistant manager, Natalie Taylor came third, winning $200. Both recently received their cheques from village manager, Gail Eyres. First place went to Sally Mutton, a long-serving staff member at Living Choice Alloura Waters, who won $500.
In the AFL competition, first place went to Kathy Mitchell of Living Choice Broadwater Court Waterfront Estate ($500), Edwin Argy of Living Choice Fullarton was second ($300) and third place went to Bruce Shoemark of Living Choice Twin Waters ($200). Congratulations to all the winners!
