Golf club dinner nights prove popular
The `dinner nights’ at the temporary clubhouse at Flagstaff Hill Golf Club are growing in popularity with a mix of club members, local residents and Living Choice Flagstaff Hill residents attending.
On Friday 28th April, Village Manager, Frances Parolin, joined the gathering to help serve the food which had been brought in by Cesar’s Pizzeria in Aberfoyle Park.
“The food included Chicken Pollo with Penne and Penne Bolognaise. The feedback was very positive and everyone would be happy to have it again. I had the pleasure of one of my daughters, Jasmine, helping to serve the food with her good friend Carly,” said Frances.
Mike Meacham won $600 in the Friday night Members’ Draw which was sponsored by Ray White’s James Leo and presented by Club Captain, Michael Cooper.
Frances said it was the first time she had been to one of the dinner nights and the atmosphere was friendly and fun.
