Good Friday hot cross buns and coffee on the menu

Residents of Living Choice Twin Waters and their neighbouring friends got together on Good Friday in the Leisure Centre to enjoy a traditional hot cross bun and coffee extravaganza.

It was a bright, cheerful morning and it reflected in the faces of the residents as they were served hot cross buns together with lots of chocolate goodies, including an Easter egg - all low calorie of course!

Afterwards a raffle of more chocolates and eggs brought big smiles to the dozen or so lucky winners.
Some residents were not able to attend for whatever reason and a plate of goodies was delivered to their doorstep.

This all happened due to the organisation and kindness by Thelma Richardson and her team of generous volunteers, thanks and well done to everyone.
