Hugely successful Open Day at Alloura Waters

“You could feel the friendship, happiness and warmth – in fact, no-one was in a rush to leave when it was over!” This was the feedback from Living Choice Alloura Waters‘ Ambassador, Carol Peel, who was justifiably proud of her ambassador team following the Open Day on 31st March.

More than 50 people attended the Open Day and lunch, including new clients, deposit holders and residents who had recently moved in. “Having both clients and new residents there worked really well,” said Carol. “The clients were toured by the sales team at 11am and then joined the new residents for lunch afterwards. There was so much laughter in the community centre and the ambassadors enjoyed it too.”

Sales consultants Dave Grassby and Alicia Stacey were kept busy, even though there was not much availability by the time the Open Day was held. “We were able to show visitors two apartments that have been deposited and the deposit holders who attended were happy to show off their new homes. Everyone was extremely complimentary about the village, residents and staff members,” said Dave.

Dave praised the Resident Ambassadors for their efforts. “Carol and her team are such a credit to the village and it is always a great day regardless of the weather, the number of people attending or the event. The feedback has been amazing. Sales would also like to send a huge thank-you to the staff members at Alloura Waters who presented their village perfectly. They worked very hard after the rain the previous night to ensure the village was ready.”
