Impressive model brings golf course retirement village to life
An exciting architectural model of Living Choice Flagstaff Hill has been unveiled in the members’ lounge at Flagstaff Hill Golf Club and it’s getting plenty of attention! The large model, which measures 2,380mm by 2,100mm, showcases the overall development and provides club members and potential village residents with a better understanding of how the villas, apartments and new clubhouse will seamlessly flow.
The model also shows the layout of the roads and paths, the village entrance and the new clubhouse entry. “It’s a fantastic tool for our marketing and sales,” said Sales Manager, Katherine Stacey. “I’ve received so many positive comments about it. People love looking at it and the deposit holders enjoy pointing out their homes.”
