Kingfisher Bowls Carnival gets underway at Umina
Living Choice is a proud sponsor of the annual Kingfisher Bowls Carnival comprising men’s, ladies and mixed events at Umina Bowls Club. The men’s event was held on Thursday 6th and Friday 7th July, attracting 18 teams of triples with entrants from various Central Coast clubs, including Ourimbah, Ettalong, Umina, Davistown, Wyong and seven composite sides.
Umina Beach Bowling Club Secretary, Peter Springett, said the weather conditions were great, which provided excellent bowls. Peter expressed his gratitude to Living Choice for sponsoring the carnival for the fourth year.

2nd - Paul Carr, Jamie Carr & Brandon Frazer - Composite.
3rd - Allan Kelly, Peter Bech & Tony Aldrich - Composite.
4th - Doug Ellery, Ted Adams & Nathan Peterson - Composite.
5th - Kieran Kozlowski, Glenn Simington & Tony Potter - Umina.
6th - Roger Twells, Wally Pawelko & Tom Burgmann - Umina.
Consolation prize - Chris Roberts, Daryl Kirkman & Garry Frost.
The Ladies’ bowls day will be held on 17th July while the Mixed event will be held on a date to be advised.
