Lady luck smiles on Trish at St Patrick’s Day tournament
Perhaps it was the “luck of the Irish”, the abundance of 4-leafed clovers or perhaps it was just good golf. Parkwood Veterans’ Golf Club member, Trish Jackson, certainly had a lot to celebrate after acing the 16th hole at the annual Parkwood Veterans’ St Patrick’s Day tournament.
The hole in one was just one of many highlights of the Irish 4BBB Stableford golf competition which attracted 118 players. Fellow Vets players, Stuart Drysdale and Linden Murphy, were also presented with trophies to celebrate their holes-in-one over the past year.
Everyone dressed up in green for the occasion and enjoyed a delicious traditional St Patrick’s Day lunch of Guinness Pie and chips. There were plenty of great prizes, donated by Living Choice.
Living Choice Parkwood sales consultants, Angie Hackett and Michael Levick, took the opportunity to update the members on construction and sales progress, as well as the extensive Revegetation Plan. They also invited everyone to attend the Ground-Breaking Ceremony on 8th April. See NEW DATE FOR LIVING CHOICE PARKWOOD GROUND-BREAKING CEREMONY!
